What We Don’t Do: Understanding Our Limitations

At Woof & Meow, we’re passionate about providing a calm, loving, and specialized cat boarding experience. While we offer personalized care in a stress-free environment, there are a few things we don’t provide. We want to be upfront about our limitations so you can find the best care for your cat’s specific needs.

We Don’t Offer Full Grooming Services

We believe grooming should be done by professionals who specialize in feline care. While we don’t offer full grooming, we may trim nails for longer-term guests—but only if your cat is completely comfortable with it. If they resist or show signs of stress, we won’t force it.

We Don’t Administer Subcutaneous Injections

While we happily care for cats with mild medical needs, we don’t provide subcutaneous injections (such as insulin for diabetic cats). If your cat requires this level of medical care, a veterinary boarding facility may be a better fit.

We Only Accept Indoor Cats

For the safety of all our guests, we only board indoor cats. Outdoor cats are often more territorial and accustomed to roaming, making it difficult for them to adjust to an enclosed space. If your cat has always lived indoors, they’ll feel more at home in our cozy, cat-friendly environment.
